📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our online sales channels, including Instagram, TikTok Shop, and our website
• Engage with customers, answering inquiries and providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce
• Assist in the development of new products and collections
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Instagram Shop, and TikTok Shop
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
