As a Helpdesk & Procurement Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues and procurement inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions. You'll work closely with our team to manage IT assets, maintain hardware and software inventories, and ensure our clients' needs are met efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and disposal of hardware and software.
• Assist in procurement processes, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and order placement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and support services.
• Document and maintain detailed records of technical issues and procurement activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical support and procurement processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with a strong background in procurement support.
• Proficiency in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Bali's local business environment and cultural nuances is a plus.
