As an Accounts Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
Process and reconcile daily transactions for the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including aged receivables and bank reconciliations.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Stay current with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or SAP.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to travel to various locations within Bali for business purposes.
