📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and develop training materials and schedules.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
