This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a passion for construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and supervision of construction activities on-site.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, blueprints, and contracts.,Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and clients.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the construction site.,Manage and distribute project resources, including materials and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of project reports and progress updates.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of construction project management software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
