Warung Yoga Restaurant is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's menu and standards. You will also be expected to supervise and mentor junior cooks to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in the kitchen. This is a full-time position located in Menteng, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Supervise and mentor junior cooks to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and doneness.,Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to read and follow recipes and menu instructions.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.,Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and ingredients.
