Glow Up Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Depok. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and ensure that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.,Ensure that all financial and legal requirements are met, including tax compliance and health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of staff and customers.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the restaurant location as needed to oversee operations and ensure quality control.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
