As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the financial planning and analysis processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans and policies.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting and budgeting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
