In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate the branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and sales.
  • Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistency in company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
