📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote banking products and services.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results.,Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum is a plus.
