As a Lead Butler, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.,Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.,Manage a team of butlers and ensure that they are trained and motivated to provide the best possible service.,Work with the hotel management to develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure that the hotel is meeting its goals and objectives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the hotel is a safe and comfortable place for guests.,Work with the hotel's marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Ensure that the hotel's reputation is maintained and that it is known for providing exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.,Ability to multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.,Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
