📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
