📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying areas of risk and inefficiency within the organization and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
