📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure a positive employee experience.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
