You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and attract top talent, and manage the entire recruitment process using our HRIS system, Oracle Taleo. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs.
• Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish using Oracle Taleo.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication or technology industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, including Oracle Taleo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
