📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring timely and adequate funding for all business activities.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving financial performance.
