📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with residents
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being to the care team
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure residents receive nutritious and delicious meals
• Help with household tasks and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff alike
• Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Empathy and compassion for the elderly
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Flexible and reliable schedule
