📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining accurate personnel files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
