In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Construction Manager Tambang, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to deliver complex mining infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing construction activities, as well as monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate construction activities for mining infrastructure projects.
• Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and project updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management in the mining industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards.
