📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop new bag and accessory collections that are both trendy and functional.,Create sketches, mock-ups, and digital designs for various bag and accessory styles.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and customer preferences.,Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and consumer demands.,Manage the design process from concept to final product, including pattern making and prototyping.,Present designs to the team and stakeholders, and provide feedback to improve designs.,Ensure designs are produced according to quality standards and production schedules.,Maintain and update the design portfolio to showcase the latest collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in bag and accessories design, preferably in the fashion industry.,Proven portfolio showcasing a range of bag and accessory designs.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch.,Understanding of fashion trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
