📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the vessel's operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Oversee the daily activities of the crew, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth dockings and departures.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety drills.,Handle crew discipline issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage plans and routes.,Monitor fuel consumption and other operational costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role.,Valid Marine Deck Officer certification (e.g., COC, OIC, or equivalent).,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with vessel management software and other maritime technologies is a plus.,Valid Seaman Book and STCW certification.
