Manage patient billing and insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely processing,Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with insurance policies,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures,Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports for management,Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers,Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient financial services or a related field,Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance claims processing,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance policies,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills🛠️ Keahlian
