📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and cost-effectiveness.,Represent the company at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role in the East Timor or Southeast Asia region is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun languages is a plus.
