📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is being used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,The ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,A high school diploma or equivalent.
