In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects.,Set and achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.,Prepare sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
