📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure all construction activities are aligned with project specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress using project management software and report any issues or delays to the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the construction or telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant construction software.
• Certification in Safety Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal English.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as site visits and travel will be required.
