📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update IT systems and applications.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Train and support staff on the use of IT systems and applications.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the reliability and availability of IT services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.,Knowledge of network infrastructure and security best practices.,Proficiency in using operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as Helpdesk, Active Directory, and VPN.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
